It was really bad experience, it was so unprofesisonal. They did not have proper room for treatment, so she did my facial in waiting room, than she did not remove meke-up and started to put some vapour to open my pores!!! But it was worong how can you do proper clence when she put vapour first on your make up and after that she clened with some facial wipet.... I have never see this before... it was like doing facial to freind at home.... don't waist your money and faind better one.

The salon isn't much to look at but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The treatment room was nice and cozy and the staff made sure that I had everything that I needed and that I was satisfied with my massage.
Therapeutic Massage
i went for the Beauty package and it was lovely! the massage was very relaxing and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed. The staff is friendly and although its not the prettiest of places (its Stratford after all, and for that price i really wasn't expecting a luxury hotel) they made me feel at ease and taken care off. Apparently they are moving somewhere else a little less noisy soon :-). I'll definetly be booking there again.

The service itself in the salon was fantastic - massage was great and the lady doing the massage was very nice.
I did have to wait half an hour to be taken though because seemingly Wahanda had not confirmed an earlier booking for the customer before me!

Very friendly staff and easy to find location. Had a full body massage which was so relaxing and great value for money. Will definitely return.
