I had a facial microdermobrasion. The treatment itself was very nice and my terapist Rosie was lovely. She explained the entire procedure and kept me "entertained" with a conversation. She also kept me up to date with the treatment progress and I could see/feel the before/after affect right away. The venue itself did feel "cheap" and I had difficulties relaxing when I was left alone with a facial mask (could hear everything around). Definitely great value for money.

Was reffered to this salon by a friend who had been here phoned up and made a appointment for a microderm facial with zara on arriving at the salon i was hesitant as i have not been to a salon before for my face,but as soon as zara answered the door she made me feel at ease answered all my questions and also showed me how the machine would feel i was totally at ease! At the end she showed me how much dirt/dead skin had come off i was so happy seein my face my complexion is different and skin looks glowing and alive,i have booked in to come again very good beautician and very friendly

The person I was scheduled with didn't show up, however the other staff were accommodating and did a great job. They managed to do my facial while juggling their clients.
