The woman who runs the Cryolipolysis procedure is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about what she does. The Salon is easy to find (just look for the sign in front of the brown, wooden stairwell and that's it!). The procedure was fantastic (I did it on my inner thighs). It's been a week and I do see a difference already. I enthusiastically recommend this treatment at the facility and will be purchasing another Stratford Salon-Cryolipolysis treatment in the future!

i had the cryogenic lipolysis done at this salon the staff was very good,she was very friendly she told me step by step what was happening all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, the salon itself is a basement shop but i had no problem finding it,salon was clean and lovely fragrance of freshness this salon offers the cheapest price for this treatment with fantastic customer service i am pleasantly satisfied and have booked more sessions in the comming weeks,the procedure itself was very good its been two weeks and i can notice my stomach is flatter

hello i had the far freezing thing done and can honestly say i had the best customer service the therapist was so bubbly,nice and very welcoming and preffesional.
I found the staff very friendly and welcoming, the place looked clean and it was fairly easy to find. However, when asked about the reason for the massage, I pointed out the stiffness around my shoulders and neck, therefore expecting a massage focused in that area, trying to work out the knots...disappointingly enough, that wasn't the case! Overall the massage was pleasant and relaxing but my neck and shoulders feel as stiff and tight as before.
Sports Massage
Room and facilities are very basic. Massage was great, different from other treatments I had so far. Therapist was very nice and gave me also helpful recommendations how to improve my back stiffness.
