The salon is a little bit of a trek from the centre of Stratford and it's not the most promising place to look at when you get there but once you're through the hair salon at the front into the sitting area at the back it's ok. Not super glam so don't go expecting some city style swanky spa experience, you'll be v disappointed. I had the cryo lipo, the experience was as I expected, with all the right equipment and I was quite comfortable during the treatment, Zahra, the lady that does it is lovely and I had no complaints for the price I paid. Would go back

Massage was good but couldn't relax. The room was small and cold and I felt slightly chlaustrophobic. Staff very nice and friendly.
