Experience! This was my first time doing fat dissolving and Penelope was so professional, friendly and gentle! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease! Especially as I not found of needles. I would definitely recommend her. Customer service was fantastic! Can’t wait to see my results, I’ll be back in a few weeks to get my second treatment
