Penelope is very knowledgeable, has a hand of gold when it comes to needles, and explained everything + answered all of my (many!) questions thoroughly. Oh and she's really nice too. It's very clear that this is someone who enjoys and respects her job, and prioritises client well-being and long-term desired results over making a quick bit of money, which is priceless and makes me feel like I can trust her.
Also, the place is SUPER clean and tidy (bonus: it actually smells of strawberries).

Really wonderful experience being a man. Experience! This was my first time doing fat dissolving and Penelope was so professional, friendly and gentle! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease! Especially as I not found of needles. I would definitely recommend her. Customer service was fantastic! Can’t wait to see my results, I’ll be back in a few weeks to get my second treatment
