I was originally offered an earlier appointment, however the treatment started 15 minutes late (my therapist was also switched from Luciana to another team member).
I requested wax for sensitive skin only, but the therapist insisted on using two different types of wax throughout the treatment, which irritated my skin.
I also noticed after the treatment that not all hair was removed.

Grateful they could squeeze me in on the day. Eyebrows done to a nice shape but slightly thinner than I would have liked so 4/5 stars
