I booked that appointment for my husband. they called me nearly 6 hours prior the treatment to inform me that the girl who was meant to do it,had left the job. they told me they would refund the money I've already paid,but 3 working days after the date I still have no refund on the money.
I can't actually give any review on the treatment,but as an establishment they have a poor quality of customer service.
Afraid I can't really comment on the ambience, cleanliness, staff, value or how good the children's haircuts are (so I've had to put 1 star) as I turned up for my appointment to find the shop closed. I'm assuming there was staff illness or some other reason as a friend recommended this hairdressers for toddler haircuts. As a consequence, I will try again in future but it'll be a little while as I ended up getting my little ones haircut on Saturday anyway by walking into another local hairdressers and asking if they could squeeze him in between appointments.
