Blow dry looked good - as soon as I stepped out of the salon, my hair went frizzy and wavy. Charged £10 to trim bangs I already had!?

Booked a full head colour for my mum for £40 via Treatwell. She went into the salon the day before, as although she preferred to get amonia free, she wanted to get a test patch for normal colour. The lady there said she doesn’t need a test patch for amonia free. My mum confirmed the price of £40 for amonia free for her length of her and went back for the treatment the next day. She was charged an additional £20 for amonia free which was not mentioned to her when she went for a consultation.
