El did my hair, lovely girl who made us feel welcome and relaxed. Really sorted my hair out and gave me a nice fresh cut which had me feeling like a new woman. Thank you

I was seen on time and everyone was friendly. Elle was professional and took the time to listen to what I would like, double checking along the way and offering helpful suggestions too. The cut and blow dry were both perfect in my opinion.

Really pleased with my blowdry by Margaret and it lasted all day :) However my appointment was for 10.50am and I wasn't seen too until 11.10am. It seemed that nobody was running on time and it was all a bit hap hazard therefore I felt like I couldn't relax throughout my treatment and I was also delayed to where I needed to be after because I was seen late.

Had a lovely experience at Studio 188, the staff at the salon were really friendly. Loved my haircut from Ell, she was attentive and listened to what I wanted. Thankyou Pat and El.
