I booked this through Treatwell and had both emails and texts confirming my appointment. I arrived at the salon approximately 10 minutes before my appointment and the door was locked with nobody inside. I waited around until the appointment time and also tried to ring the salon multiple times, but could not get through as it said “User Busy”.
The salon either needs to update its opening hours or should let their customers know if they can no longer keep an appointment for any reason.

Lucky was very friendly and chatty, however the lash extensions I had done were not the best, I was due to have hybrid lashes which I believe are a mix of classic and Russian lashes but only Russian lashes have been applied and no classics. I had the lashes done on Tuesday and by Saturday (4 days later) they’re almost all fallen off so feel like it was a waste of money. The lashes were applied too far down my natural lash too and stopped 3/4 of the way in, I won’t be returning.
