Poor quality luxury manicure, the young lady who provided the treatment couldn’t wait to finish work and get her pyjamas on ... her words... not what I want to hear.. I felt I was being rushed so she could go home!! No record card filled in re colour used etc. Would have loved the offer of a coffee as had gone there straight from work. Very loud music playing.. not relaxing. Nails were rough after filing. Pink fluff from towels stuck to hands and nails. Next morning one gel had peeled open across the nail and one had a hole in. Phoned and had to return later that day to get them redone... the owner/ therapist was lovely and did a better job redoing the 2 nails .. but in the wrong colour a slightly darker shade, I only noticed when home.
Too late to go back as been closed over Xmas, wouldn’t return.
