After consulting, we decided to bleach my roots because my roots weren’t long enough. The process was quick and easy. Though I came home with brassy roots which was disappointing. Treatments “on the house” was actually to make up for overcharging me

Friendly staff and good cut but at that price point I had expected a little better treatment eg. A bit of a head massage when shampooing, or even just offered a glass of water or coffee.
