No frills hair salon where I received the most fabulous haircut. It was exactly what I asked for (a bob) and was beautifully styled afterwards after I mentioned I liked volume. Very happy with my new hair!
Hadn’t had my hair cut in months and it was looking a mess. The cut I had is lovely and choppy as I wanted and it feels and looks great.

Elegance is a lovely salon, professional and friendly. Pete did a wonderful job on my hair, which was very much in need of a good restyling which he did excellently, based on my needs and requirements. I’m growing out my hair and he provided really good advice and answered all my questions. I’m definitely going back!

A complete waste of £140 getting a balage, hair cut and style. My hair was pulled vigorously multiple times which hurt. I was in there for a lot longer than was initially stated because of: 1. They didn't use a light enough toner so they had to do it again. 2. Someone's drunk brother kept coming in, distracting the hairdresser who also had to call the police about an incident.
Completely chaotic and a very unsatisfying experience especially as I wanted my hair done for my birthday.
