I was disappointed that the stylists had such bad language to each other as well as towards customers as if that were normal conversation. One stylist was busy rolling a roll up in full view of everyone at the main desk. Since I have washed my hair myself at home, I have uneven chunks missing from my hair which was covered by my hair being curled during styling. Due to the way it way it was cut, the hair flicks out at each layer too. I am so disappointed and it'll take me ages to grow it out.

Stacey was absolutely amazing and the girls Stacey and Georgia
The atmosphere was so friendly I was there for 5 hours having the new airbrush technique
Which i must say was better than I could of imagined after what I done to my hair in lockdown 💗
I must say what support she is giving her trainees is something special the girls are going to be taught by one of the best 🥰

As usual Stacey done the business. Feeling fab again after hair colour and cut. Stacey has a great rapport with all her customers I wont go anywhere else

Very experienced but mostly welcoming. Children felt very comfortable despite it being their first visit to this saloon.
Looking forward to returning for my own hair treat
