Disappointed at the price, paid the same for a root touch up that I paid for a full head when booked via Treatwell was informed by a previous employee that booking direct would decrease the price that was not the case. I was also not informed that the salon no longer accepted debit cards so I had to go to a local shop to get cash which added to the cost as the ATM charged. I can not justify £50.00 every four weeks for a root touch up.

Excellent the colour I have on my hair at Elegence Salon is fantastic it’s the only hair colouring I’ve had ever that doesn’t wash out/ start to fade quickly. Hair feels great soft and healthy would not go anywhere else to get my hair Looked after , Stacey and the girls at Elegence are Great.

Becky was lovely listened to what I wanted and gave me guidance and advice to help me achieve the desired results. Was reallyimpressed by her professionalism and so happy with the results absolutely love the colour and would thoroughly recommend her have already booked my next appointment for regrowth in six weeks can honestly say will not be going back to my box nice and easy again. I was seen on time despite Becky's very busy schedule was so pleased with the overall outcome
