Pretty disappointed not sure what the problem was with the booking but apparently Treat well hadn't told the salon about the booking. The staff were not apologetic for my nearly hour wait.. and actually started washing someone else's hair who arrived after me while I was still waiting. Cheap shampoo and conditioner was used.. I could see it was just loreal.. and it definitely wasn't washed out properly.. I think the taps were a bit broken? The actual blow dry was decent, but unfortunately the hair spray used wasn't good quality or enough so the curls fell out pretty quick and I ended up going over it with curlers when home. The treatment was £30, a little on the expensive side for a blow dry.. I wouldn't have minded paying this if I wasn't an hour late and the all round experience a bit of a nightmare. Wouldn't return, the staff made me feel very uncomfortable when I expressed how disappointed I was about having to wait an hour in the first place! I wasn't even offered a drink at any point. Don't bother with this one, you're wasting time and money.
