I don't think I've ever had someone explain, in terms I actually understand, what needs to be done to my hair for me to get it the colour I want. So professional and patient and friendly. Efi was so friendly and helpful, and made me feel very welcome on my first visit. The salon has only just opened at this new locations, so some bits are still to be sorted, but I have no doubt it will look great once it's all in place! Very nice overall experience, very happy with my haircut.
