First and last time at this salon. I had BIAB gel nails done and I can’t say I’m impressed. The person who did mine was rushing. She seemed distracted and was more concerned what was going on in the salon then that she is doing a good job on my nails that I paid for. The gel is thick on the sides and the nails are unequally filed. The gel is also lifting off after a week because my cuticles weren’t prepped properly and the gel was applied onto the skin. I will not return for any treatment here.

This was not a pleasant experience. The lady that did my tinting seemed to be in a real rush despite the salon being empty. The room was super small and I struggled to get in. There was nowhere to put my coat so I kept it on, which didn’t feel relaxing. Neither the open door felt relaxing and seeing hair and fluff on the seat that I was asked to sit down. It also seems that there was a used towel on the seat because it was quickly slid up the seat as I walked in. On top of that, the wrong dye was applied on my brows despite the lady checking beforehand. Blue/black really doesn’t go well with my skin complexion. I think she realised as she suddenly run to take the dye off which was to my surprise. I will not return here because the treatment was rushed and the hygiene was poor. There was nothing relaxing about it. The best part was the friendly lady that I spoke first on arrival but who I believe didn’t do the treatments. I wish I had more positive things to say.

Perfect, as always! Best nails place in Nottingham and I have been to nearly all of them at least once.
They always have amazing service and the best quality. The designs are perfect, and it’s fast and the prices are fair. Just remember, it’s cash only when you are there and haven’t paid online.
