communication and advice from start to finish very helpful. My first time and experience and I loved it.
I felt special, and became relaxed, so relaxed I felt quite emotional. Staff very friendly.
I gave a 4/5 for environment only because I didn’t like the choice of music played and it became a little loud so struggled to hear what was being said at times, with the staff wearing masks.
However a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming again.
