Have to say the nails really aren’t great. They are wonky, they don’t match each other in shape, they are lumpy etc. most of this I didn’t realise until i left as I didn’t have time in the shop to really look at them, maybe this is on purpose?
The member of staff doing my nails didn’t say a word to me, and instead expected me to know what he wanted me to do or just looked at me, stinking attitude and unprofessional.
Wouldn’t go back, for BIAB which was £38 they look like something a child did

Good experience happy with results however switched therapists half way through and didn't communicate about what to previous one did- so applied acrylic with no primer and hydration.
