One of the worst experience getting haircut. I have booked my appointment for Saturday afternoon. Instead I got text on Friday they close on Saturday and all appointment cancelled. I managed to get another one on Friday evening. As I came in I was reminded several times to cancel on the app (saying I changed my mind) as it would look bad for the salon if they cancelled. The lady cutting my hair was in rush and refused to straighten my hair so I did not really like my styling. After she was done I asked for the mirror to see it in the back. In that moment she started cutting my hair again (it was probably not very well done) and then finally agreed to show me. It looked fine but when I came home I could see each side has a different length and overall it is very sloppy haircut. It only took 40 minutes even though the booking was for 1h 30 min and other hairdresser always take around that time to wash ,cut and style my long thick hair.
I was not happy with haircut or customer service, felt very rushed and uncomfortable.
For the price of 20£ I expect at least an experienced stylist. Instead I got my haircut from a novice who didn’t know even how to make a decent shampoo, so basically the haircut ended up to be a mess. I can understand people who are starting the job need to practice but at least people shouldn’t pay the whole price
