I often walked past wondering what was on offer indoors, and am so glad I finally booked. Anna, was very nice and helpful in all of my visits - she helped me use the infra-red heated roller massage machine. I saw and met people that used the service regulary for two years and are addicted to the benefits! I think I will also book more sessions, as have felt more toned, and better for going!
