This was my first in over two years and it felt like the first time all over again. It itches a bit and was quite tiring but then I felt a surge of energy afterwards. It is a brilliant procedure and I can already tell the swelling (from water retention I think) has gone down a bit. Love the complimentary lemon water and Iwona and Julia are absolutely lovely!!

I had a back massage and it was amazing I felt completely relaxed and slept like a baby that evening. The therapist was brilliant. The only thing I would change is to have soft music playing in the massage area.
