I really enjoyed the manual massage in this cozy studio in South Ealing. I felt his effects right away and they lasted at least till the following day. I think it is very beneficial for anyone suffering from water retention like I am. I will go back soon to try the rolls massage as well!

Studio Figura was a lovely little place. When I was in relaxing music was playing and I had the full attention of the staff. The price from the offer was amazing, with £55 for 3 session with the roller machine. I couldn't completely understand what that machine did from the website, and therein lies my only disappointment as the machine does not cover the chest area (which I wanted to detox the most). The treatment itself was nice and I was caring looked after. The health staff was helpful in every way. The best thing for me was the clear feeling that the treatment was effective as I continued to have a rush in the head from the released toxins for a few hours after, which I relieved with drinking plenty of lemon water.
If you're after a way to support your detox process that's not focused on the chest, it's a great deal. If you have concerns about specific areas that you'd like to be looked at, I'm not sure the machine is the best option.
