The salon itself seems clean and professional, my hairdresser however was unpleasant and rude. She was surly, abrupt and rudely told me off for booking the appointment for 7 as she said that was nowhere near enough time for highlights. Why even have that time available to book highlights if this is the case? Why not ring me to ask me to change it? (I had booked over a week in advance).

I usually have a great eyebrow shape and tint at STUDIO. However this time my eyebrows don't even look like they've been tinted at all – they're still so light so I'm going to have to go back and get them re-done!
