My hair cut was fine, but the stylist didn’t introduce herself or speak aside from asking me what I’d like done.
It was a general no frills experience which was fine for my budget & the haircut was good.

Was left with lilac hair after a booking for a full head of highlights . Tania response was that ‘this will wash out ‘ I don’t believe your hair should look good after going home and washing it - it should look perfect when the hairdresser has finished doing it and what you’ve paid for . Very disappointed in her attitude after making my hair purple as she seemed to think this was fine . Will not recommend or visit this salon again .
No refund was offered and only a second wash was given to me to fix the hair , leaving it grey/lighter lilac - not blonde as I’d asked and paid for .

Inna gave me one of the best cuts I've had in years. Have had nothing but compliments. I showed her pictures of what I was looking for, really glad that I took her advice, as it's a wonderful cut and very easy to style. would recommend 100%
