It wasn’t over all bad however I’ve never been washed with cold water in a salon before or endured a de tangling the way I did, and I feel like I’ve been overcharged as well,as the initial price was maximum £190 for balayage,tonner,cut and blow dry and I paid £200 but no haircut.Anyway,Lucy it’s ok as a person and at her job but the experience itself it scared me out a LITTLE.
