Very awkward - the receptionist was lovely and washed my hair she passed over to the stylist who left the conditioner in my hair for literally one minute. Due to a language barrier it was really difficult to explain during the cut and blow dry what I wanted. I just wanted the dead split ends cut but was left with blocky cut. When it came to the blow dry I first asked for it to be dryer curly but she turned on the straighteners I then told her I changed my mind just normal straight dry she still used the straighteners on damp hair without any protective spray or serum. She then straightened my whole head. She then used them to curl either side to frame my with dead straight on the rest which looked odd. For being there only 30 mins it is not worth the £30 deal on here. I understand because I did not speak their language I wasn’t able to speak up especially when they was all in full convocation but I was never asked anything once I got in the chair apart from if I liked it at the end and at this point I wanted to leave. The one star is for Ana and her amazing personal skills. It was a shame she wasn’t around during the cut and blow dry. All the previous reviews was very misleading to a first time customer.
My last comment is that I wish on Treatwell it disclosed that it was a unisex salon.
