Nice, cosy ambiance, with lovely staff. Very satisfied about the wash, haircut and blow-dry. I would recommend.

The salon was empty when I arrived for my appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and the salon looked good. However I was left to wait for 25 mins even though the salon was empty! Once the therapist was ready the laser hair removal session started and it was carried out quickly and efficiently. Four weeks later I have noticed patches where the hair is no longer growing and I will be booking a follow up treatment. One thing (other than time keeping) which would have improved the experience is giving some pretreatment care. I was not told to shave the area, fortunately I knew that I needed to and had, but some people might not be aware. The receptionist advised when I left to shave as close to the appointment time as possible as it hurts less. I had shaved 24 hours before and it stung a bit in the more sensitive areas :(
