The staff speak little English, but there is one lady able to translate. They were all friendly. The cut and blow dry were fine. But I wasn't too pleased with the colour, there was no consultation on my highlights colour, they just went an mixed it up. The toner colour was not what I asked for and have just been washing a lot to try and get this out. Under the toner I have been left with yellowy looking highlights. It isn't a complete disaster, but it is disappointing as I have a big event coming up.
