Staff were pretty unwelcoming. The lady who was carrying out my beard trim didn’t understand what I wanted and didn’t do a very good job. Got home and realised it wasn’t done very well. Lots of stray long hairs which weren’t trimmed. Wouldn’t go here again. Sorry!

Kate was great! Made sure she understood what I wanted, have a lovely head massage while washing my hair. Good cut and very happy overall with service. Staff all friendly and even though Kate’s English isn’t great, she made sure she understood what I wanted and made me feel comfortable. Thank you
