Haircut was very quick, (half an hour for wash, cut and blowdry on medium hair) cut shorter than I'd asked for and my fringe trimmed too short despite saying I was growing it out. Also charged £35 instead of the £30 treatwell stated

Pleased with both highlights & lowlights and hair cut. All staff was lovely and friendly, will come back again as salon is close to where l live.

Over all a good haircut and fairly priced for London. But there were a few areas that need improving, for example my hair was dried with paper towel not a towel, and my hair wasn’t sprayed with any heat protection or additional treatment. Staff were lovely and I was offered a cup of tea, but knowing that my hairdresser (who spoke little English) needed what I said translates unsettled me before my haircut. What if something got lost in translation! 3/5
