Nese honestly provided good advice on what can and cannot be done on my hair to protect the quality of my hair. She carried out various tests with pieces of my hair to understand what process should be applied. As a result, there is a plan in place now to follow to arrive to the desired goal on my hair. We both agreed on the plan. To earn more money, she could have done what I originally wanted without warning the frustrating consequences that I may face,like many hairdressers do.
