Hugo was really pleasant and calm and knew what he was doing. I suffer from anxiety n worried I’d have an anxiety attack as first time but they are just too nice! So friendly and genuine. I requested a haircut after and they did that too (paid for of course)…ONLY niggle is that there’s a part of my hair that wasn’t cut to match the rest - maybe my fault as I requested last second. But going back n I KNOW they will sort it out as they are a very decent and friendly team.
