My overall experience was great. I have Afro 4c hair and after the blowdry alone my hair was very straight, the stylist was not afraid to get into my roots which I loved as her technique was very good. The only issue I had is I wish more heat protection was used in my hair.

I went for first time to cut my hair i went early like 15 min no one offer me even water while anyone who enter the salon provide them with coffee!!! Meanwhile they changed the hairdresser without asking me I had booked my hair cut with PhIlip. I said to the lady I want with Philip and after she said okay.overall I had an okay hair cut with Philip he is a nice a sweet person but in general I will not come back to that salon! Friendly advice You should treat every customer the same!!
