It was unfortunately the worst wax I’ve ever had. The hot wax wasn’t allowed enough time to harden on me so when it was ripped off, it didn’t pull up many hairs at all. It was also ripped off in the wrong directions, making it harder for the hair to come out from the root. Instead it just shortened the hairs all over so I ended up spending over 2 hours plucking it myself afterwards. It was very painful as we had to keep going over areas with hot wax as the hair wasn’t coming out.
