Really pleased with my highlights and cut, my hair looks and feels so healthy!

Despite emailing in advance images of both colour and cut, I ended up with something very different from what I asked for. I wanted a natural highlight and simple trim. She gave me badger-striped 'balayage' streaks of treated hair so bleached they look white, against large blocks of my original light brown hair. The cut was reminiscent of something popular in the '90s, very dated, and will take months to grow out. On expressing to Sarah I received no apology or offer of a partial refund.

Could not have been treated better or be happier with the result. Sarah went above and beyond to get my desired hair colour, and cut and styled it to its full and healthiest potential. Such a professional but warm experience, offering me teas and asking if I was alright while I sat in the chair for 5 hours (a necessary amount of time for such a great result). Really can not recommend the balayage and cut treatment enough. Thanks Sarah x
