Booked my first treatment ever with Treatwell for this local salon as it was close to where I live. I had never been here before but the reviews were good, so I was optimistic. Unfortunately, I came away a tad disappointed.
Firstly, I would like to say that the actual manicure itself was good and the staff were friendly. It lasted about half an hour and I was offered a drink (this is not always typical for a short treatment).
However, for £24 I felt this was not value for money for the following reason: I didn't really get what I wanted. I really wanted black or/and gold nails to match my dress for a black tie event that evening.
Unfortunately, they didn't have black and the range of colours available was very very limited. The colour I had was supposed to be black, but infact it was purple when applied. The gold glitter overcoat looks more silver over the top of the purple.
With limited options, I felt like I just had to accept that my nails weren't going to be what I wanted.
So although the manicure was good and my nails look nice, I couldn't have the colours I wanted and therefore I would be unlikely to book another treatment at the salon because I didn't get what I wanted it of the experience.

Very efficient and friendly service. The only downside was there wasn't much choice of nail colour so I had to settle for a colour I wasn't too keen on. However, all the treatments were comfortable and overall I was happy.

Was a little difficult to find salon but nicola was really helpful and helped us on route was made to feel very welcome.
