I booked a lash lift and tint and was really looking forward to it as the place was beautiful and clean. Everything went ahead as normal. The day after I noticed the lash lift had zero effect on my lashes. Asked for a refund which kept getting delayed even after they agreed to give it. Still haven't received it over 13 weeks later. Really disappointed tbh. I had high hopes.
