As always fantastic services and lovely atmosphere in the saloon. Lisa is really professional and always does exactly what you ask of her with a like advice thrown in.

The stylists were very polite however - when it came to the actual service - I was not pleased. The highlights were alright but there were blocks of harsh streaks at the back of my head which did not blend nicely or look natural (even though we emphasised going for a natural look). It was awful and I came home extremely upset. Luckily the stylist offered to fix the mistakes for free the same day! It was a lot better once she fixed it but it was not worth £50 at all. At least the cut was okay!
