Great little place. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The venue was very clean and ambience was cozy. I felt very comfortable.

The waxing room is incredibly small so you can be seen if you're undressed and the lady opens the door to leave or come inside. The hollywood wax was obviously painful, but more than it needed to be because they use hot wax with strips rather than hard wax. In my experience, hard wax is less painful and you get a smoother result with almost no ingrowns. After this wax, I had many ingrowns and there were still a few hairs she had missed. I wouldn't recommend.
