After waiting 10 minutes, I almost left, but Sharon offered to gown me. Unfortunately, she continued with her current client for 15 mins while I sat there in a gown. Frustrated, I decided to cancel and was informed that Sharon was about to wash my hair, leaving her current client with wet hair. Poor customer service, long wait times, and a general lack of professionalism - best avoided
