I booked online selecting “medium hair,” but was told upon arrival I’d be charged extra. I agreed. I showed the stylist photos and explained I wanted a neck-length bob. She carelessly cut my hair dry, then washed and cut more, chopping it to my shoulders and then even shorter. Despite my protests, she continued cutting until it was mouth-length. The result was uneven, frizzy, and nothing like what I asked for—an absolute disaster that left me traumatized.

What salon lucks in decor and the usual luxuries that the big salons offer it makes it up in service and price point they offer. Justyna has done my highlights and cut my hair twice already and I've come out really happy both times. She is very attentive and really knows her craft. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

Paid for a wash and cut - got a ten minute dry cut - was clear they had no interest in doing the job and offered me a voucher to come back also Cut off double amount agreed
