Having booked very short notice through Treatwell I was called twice to rearrange my time of booking that day by the staff because they had been very busy. Not an issue as I had the day off and she was very apologetic! Great haircut, spent a lot of time making sure it was right for me and left with a fab new-do! Thank you!
