The staff were courteous and pleasant. The space is small but modern. I think possibly the staff was inexperienced with my hair-type (thick, heavy and straight) and struggled a little. I was happy with the haircut overall, but felt the staff should feel more confident and talk with me about what is needed in cutting my hair.

The studio itself is quite plain, and I think it would be nice to be offered a drink a bit sooner before getting my hair done as I was the only one waiting, but Justyna did an amazing job at cutting my hair, lovely shampoo wash too, really pleasant :).
