even though my appointment has been changed from the actual time i chose, yodit has been super attentive and she called me the morning of the appointment telling me that the salon had few client and probably the noise of the hairdryers would have annoyed me.
i m a very ticklish person but she was patient with my jumps and she made me feel very confy.
deffo will go back again

It's the worst hair cut experience I have ever had. The Russian lady who cut my hair wan't really professional. I had a lady's cut and blow dry service on the day. She was nice but unfortunately not really good at the job. I was asking to trim the end and cut a simple flat fringe, which I had many times in my life, so I showed her a picture of myself when I had a fringe style 6 months before. The picture was taken straight after the haircut, so I asked her that I would like to have the same style and same length. However, after her first cut at my fringe, it was way too short. It looks even shorter after blow dry, and she said that she was sorry cause she didn't expect that it will be shorter when the hair is dry, which I thought it's common sense (of course it's longer when it's wet and drop with water...) Then she said that don't worry cause it will grow in few weeks time...!? It's ridiculous. I'm going on holiday tomorrow and I want a nice haircut before I go, and she told me the hair will grow and look better after few weeks... I wanted the length of my fringe cover my eyebrows, and now it's above my eyebrow and looks funny. My husband was furious and wanted to go back and ask for refund cause she just ruin my hair...Well, but what can she do anyway... I can only do is not step in here anymore. Very disappointed.

First I struggled to find the venue - address took me to the incorrect location! Staff were lovely however not the best wax I have had!
