Firstly,they said that the deal I bought was incorrect. It was only for short hair, and because I have long hair, I will have to pay in extra. She phoned her boss who said it's fine, so I didn't have to pay extra. The trim was ok but then I asked her to layer my hair in the front. She completely messed it up. I'm not fussy, but she cut off way too much in the front so now I have a short chunk of hair. She could tell she had messed up and was trying to fix it but ended up cutting off even more.

Staff were lovely and very accommodating. The space where the waxing takes places is tiny! I'm 6 foot 2 inches, so I felt cramped in there. I had a Hollywood wax which hurt like childbirth but unfortunately, after I'd left, discovered that there was not the complete coverage there ought to have been. Don't rate that hot wax at all. Have had more success with the tea tree stuff in the past. Good value for money though.

The room where I was waxed was a little small and cramped. Also the people in the hairdresser could hear everything going on in the waxing room. However the lady was very good and thorough, i couldnt fault her and she was nice and easy to get on with.
