just had my worst haircut ever... i had such a long hair and did not want to cut a lot off i told to the staff before the haircut 1-2 inches max.. instead of cutting of split ends, at the back of my hair (what i could not see) been cut off the half of it... staff member was chatty and polite but i was crying after my haircut because i was trying to grow it in the past 4 months and a half of my length had gone... layers were nice in it but i did not want short hair at all! never go back again!
