Elena gave me the BEST haircut I've ever had! I'm so pleased, she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and took so much care and attention to make sure it was perfect. Even though there were Polish customers in the salon I really appreciated them speaking English, it's little touches like that that really make a difference. I will 100% be back.
Despite saying that I didn't want layers, the lady definitely put layers in my hair. However,
it does look nice, but wasn't what I wanted. Not sure that I would come again.

The experience was enjoyable. the staff were experienced and I felt comfortable. The Hollywood wax I had was less painful than usual which was good!!
Hollywood Waxing
The hair cut was good. My problem was that it took a long time, much longer than it has taken at other hair dressers. When I said I thought it was too long, the stylist told me to go away and think about it and come back another time if I still didn't like it and she would fix it for free. Great that she said she would do it free, but I don't really have time to pop in and out of the hair dressers, especially when I knew I didn't like it at the time.
