They really need to work on customer service .. It got so bad and awkward I was ready to stop the shampooing and walk out with wet hair because the hair dresser was making me so uncomfortable.
I have used Wahanda before and have never faced such a problem. They should have resolved any concerns in service pricing before starting treatment and not have stopping between the shampooing which was highly un-professional. A customer should not have to request the service provider to stop making them uncomfortable by their conversation.
But hair cut was good . However doesn't change the fact that I'm never going there again .
My therapist was amazing. Very patient, thorough, she did an excellent job. It was the best Hollywood wax I had in London, I would definitely come back!
It's a small (tiny) room but the massage was very good. If youre not fussed about ambience or the bells and whistles of a massage then its good value for money.
I love my new haircut. Elena did an excellent job and really listened to what I wanted. My hair feels soft and healthy. I will definitely become a regular customer.
